Builders Clean

At Restoration Linq, we uphold the highest standards of professionalism and quality in every project we undertake. Our Previous Projects Section serves as a testament to our dedication to delivering superior results with precision and diligence.

Background:

Recently we were tasked with performing a Builders Deep Clean at Vali Byron Bay to put the finishing touches on recent renovations:

The Builders Deep Clean Process:

  • Skirting Boards: Comprehensive vacuuming to all skirting surfaces and disinfection wipedown for a pristine finish.

  • Custom Cabinetry: Thorough cleaning conducted on both interior and exterior surfaces of all timber cupboards, cabinets, benches and bench-tops.

  • Windows and Aluminium framing: Detailed cleaning of windows, sills, tracks, and frames for optimal performance and clarity.

  • Internal Floor Surfaces: Extensive vacuuming and disinfection to ensure hygiene.

  • Detailed Bathroom Clean: Comprehensive cleaning throughout, leaving no detail overlooked.

With an uncompromised commitment to Safety, our RLQ Supervisor, conducted a pre-start meeting and safety assessment at the Vali Byron Bay in strict compliance with client’s requirements.

To gather information about the condition of each room and develop a tailored work plan, a Room Assessment was then conducted for each room.

Room 2 (Level 1):

  • All contents need to be retained and require detailed cleaning to remove fine dust and marks.

  • All fine paint overspray and excess plaster marks to be removed from floors and walls.

  • HEPA vacuum of ceilings, walls, doors and floors, with all surfaces requiring a sanitary wipe down and detailed streak-free finish on completion.

  • All Mirrors, windows and frames require sanitary wipe down and detailed streak-free finish applied.

  • Wooden cabinetry wiped over inside and outside with anti-bacterial solution and detailed streak free finish applied.

  • Bathroom floor to ceiling tiles, wiped over with sanitiser and detailed streak free finish applied.
